Suspected violations of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, and permanent account closure. bdtgl supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdtgl account in real time under normal operating conditions. bdtgl does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring any funds deposited are from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bdtgl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Conditions: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdtgl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Where a deposit has been made using a specific payment method, bdtgl may require that the same method be used for the corresponding withdrawal up to the value of the original deposit.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdtgl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing the Player with 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
bdtgl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bdtgl are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered in total thirty times the bonus amount before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Eligible Games: Not all games on bdtgl contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, which will be specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
bdtgl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is found to have been manipulated or abused, bdtgl reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Players who engage in systematic bonus abuse may have their accounts restricted or permanently closed.
Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their bdtgl account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdtgl will process the request within two business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Closure for Responsible Gaming: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, should specifically indicate this when making the request. Where an account is closed by bdtgl due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. bdtgl will notify the Player of the closure and the basis for it, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation or be otherwise contrary to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtgl, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdtgl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
